This CEO, an industry titan, needs a co-pilot to keep his incredibly fast-paced life running.
He is on the road ALL the time. Media, press junkets, speaking engagements. He needs a quarterback to facilitate all this, interact with some of the most prominent players in the world and make sure he also has something to eat. He often forgets about food.
He has a private plane, so travel will be less time-consuming.
His staff describes him as
‘ The best boss I have ever had.’
He is a voracious reader and often will finish a book on a plane ride. He has a weekly delivery of his new favorite books and distributes them to his 100-person staff. He believes in curiosity and growth and sharing that. Influential figures visit the corporate Ohio office, often offering their training and wisdom to the staff.
Profits are shared with the staff in quarterly and yearly bonuses.
This position is unlike any we have ever had. You can really be based anywhere but will require you to be on the road 80% of the time and visit the corporate office often.
