What You’ll Do:

• Office Vibes Manager: Keep the office looking sharp and stocked with all the essentials (yes, that includes fabulous snacks). Greet guests like a pro and make sure meeting rooms are ready for action.
• Calendar Ninja: Juggle the schedules of three busy execs without breaking a sweat. Handle expenses, timesheets, and make sure travel plans are seamless.
• Event Extraordinaire: From big summits to casual Lunch & Learns, you’ll coordinate every detail—venues, food, rides, and everything in between. Denver-based? You’re our go-to for local logistics.
