We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, family-owned company in Belle Chasse to identify a hands-on Controller to work directly with the CFO and support continued national expansion. With 17 offices across the country and several major projects underway, this is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role during an exciting stage of growth.
The Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting operations while helping strengthen reporting, systems, processes, and financial infrastructure to support continued scale. Responsibilities include leading monthly close and financial reporting, partnering with leadership on financial insights and decision-making, coordinating with the company’s outside CPA, and supporting a multi-location operation.
The ideal candidate brings strong accounting and finance experience, enjoys balancing hands-on execution with strategic thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in a high-growth or family-owned business is preferred. CPA is not required but is beneficial.
