What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll develop new business with industrial, commercial, municipal, and government clients by providing environmental and emergency response solutions, including:

  • Emergency response agreements
  • Environmental remediation
  • Industrial cleaning
  • Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management
  • Hydro excavation
  • Stormwater and compliance services

You’ll spend your time developing relationships, identifying opportunities, meeting with clients, preparing proposals, and growing a book of business that delivers long-term recurring revenue.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has a proven track record in business development and outside sales.
  • Believes relationships still win business and is comfortable picking up the phone, making in-person visits, networking, asking for referrals, and earning trust the traditional way.
  • Has an established book of business or strong industry relationships and wants to continue building on that foundation.
  • Is self-motivated and doesn’t need to be managed every step of the way.
  • Wants to be rewarded for results—not activity.
  • Enjoys opening new doors while cultivating long-term partnerships.

Experience in environmental services, industrial services, waste management, industrial cleaning, construction services, safety services, manufacturing, or other business-to-business industries is highly preferred.

Work Environment

While you’ll spend most of your time in the field meeting with clients, you’ll also be part of a collaborative team. The role is based in Louisiana, with the expectation of checking in at the Belle Chasse office approximately once a week to connect with leadership and the operations team.
