It all started at my kitchen table with a landline, phone book, and a fax machine loaded with printer paper that made you dizzy.

My first placement was at my great-grandfather’s company, Walt Flanagan Concrete - a part-time receptionist position for $8.00 an hour with a $1,500 fee. I was 25 years old.

Owning Tangent West is not just a job or career - it’s part of who I am.

Nearly 2,800 searches later, I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing candidates and clients who have shaped this journey. And I am just getting started.
